TURKEY CRUNCH 
An excellent way to use up left over turkey.

1/4 c. minced onions
1/4 c. chicken broth or bouillon
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
4 c. white or dark turkey meat, cut into bite size pieces
3/4 c. chopped celery
5 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. toasted almonds

Mix all ingredients except almonds together. Spread evenly into a lightly greased 8"x11" baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle almonds on top at last 10 minutes of baking.

Serving Suggestions: Serve over white rice and sprinkle chow mein noodles on top. Serve over chow mein noodles. Soy sauce if desired.
