GRAND MARINER MOUSSE 
6 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Grand Mariner Liquor
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Grated zest of 3 oranges
Chocolate shavings (garnish)

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until frothy. Add sugar gradually and beat until stiff but not dry. Place whipping cream in chilled bowl, add vanilla and beat until stiff. Gently fold in zest and Grand Mariner. Gently fold in egg white mixture and spoon into a glass bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze overnight. Remove to room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
