2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
7 oz. pecans
20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix thoroughly with spoon. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar

Cream together and frost when cake is cool.
