MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
1 c. pecans, chopped fine
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. flour (cake flour is best)
1 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar enough to cover

Cream butter until soft; add sugar and vanilla. Add flour and nuts last. Roll dough into small balls; pout on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. While still hot, roll balls into powdered sugar.
