CRUST FOR RICE AND RICOTTA PIE 
2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Makes 2 pies. Melt butter; add sugar and put in eggs. Add vanilla and salt, blend in baking powder and flour along with milk alternately; mix well. Dough is soft. Roll out, put strips on top. Roll dough tin. Bake at 325 degrees for 3/4 hour. Turn off oven and leave 15 minutes.
