CRAB-EASE SALAD 
1/2 lb. crab-ease (seafood sticks)
2 chopped hard cooked eggs
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. minced chives or onions
1/4 to 1/2 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. chopped dill pickles
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine crab-ease with remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve on crisp greens or on your favorite bread. Another option is to mix cooked macaroni to the salad.
