SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. oats or bread crumbs

GRAVY:

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. buttermilk

Mix ingredients in meatballs. Shape into balls and brown. Mix gravy ingredients, pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
