SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, fine
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Pinch of allspice

Mix all ingredients and shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Roll in flour. Brown in skillet or under broiler.

SOUR CREAM SAUCE:

Mix in heavy skillet:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 beef bouillon cube dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Bring to a slow boil then add 1 cup sour cream. Pour sauce over meatballs at serving time. Or sauce can be poured over meatballs and baked.
