SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
Fast and easy!

Mix together:

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt & pepper

Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in a circle in a round microwave dish. cover with wax paper. Microwave 6 to 8 minutes on HIGH. When done remove meatballs leaving drippings. Add a can cream of mushroom soup, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of sour cream. Stir. Microwave 4 to 6 minutes. Add meatballs. Heat 1 to 2 minutes. Serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
