AUNT KAREN'S TANGY SWEDISH
MEATBALLS
 
2 lbs. ground meat
2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion

Combine and form small meatballs. Stir fry in 2 tablespoons of butter. Bake in sauce 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

SAUCE:

10 oz. apricot preserves
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
