SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 (12 oz.) jar thick chili sauce

MEATBALLS:

1 lb. ground chuck
1 sm. onion, grated
1 carrot, grated
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. water
Salt and pepper

Combine meatball ingredients and shape into small balls. Fry in Crisco. Discard fat. Simmer in sauce for 1 hour. Can be served over noodles or as an hors d'oeuvres. Sauce can be stretched for up to 2 pounds of meatballs.
