SWEDISH MEATBALLS (KOTTBULLAR) 
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. cream
1/2 lb. beef, ground
1/4 lb. veal, ground
1/2 lb. pork, ground
1/2 c. milk
2 egg yolks or 1 egg
2 tbsp. minced onion
3 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. allspice
4 tbsp. butter or oil

Soak crumbs in cream. Mix crumbs and meat, add milk, egg, onions and seasonings. Roll in small balls and brown on all sides. Keep warm over hot water.
