SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground turkey-hamburger mix
1 c. milk
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. flour

Mix all of above, except flour, and make into small balls. Sprinkle flour over meatballs and lightly brown on all sides. Pour off grease. 1 can mushroom sauce 1 bouillon cube

Put in casserole dish over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
