SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef, ground twice
4 slices bread, crust removed
Grated onion
Salt and pepper
1 egg
1 tsp. nutmeg

Mix together, roll into small balls and brown on all sides. Add small amount of water to drippings. Cover and let steam to keep hot.
