SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. milk
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each pepper, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, allspice

Mix all ingredients together. Form into balls. Roll in flour and brown. Bake slowly in oven at 325 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
