SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. nutmeg

GRAVY:

1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk

Mix all meatball ingredients well and shape into meatballs. Brown in 1/2 cup shortening/oil. Remove meatballs. Stir all of the gravy ingredients into drippings and mix well. Return meatballs to the gravy. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
