SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/4 to 1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg or 2 egg yolks
1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Shape in small balls. Bake in oven 30 minutes at 325 degrees or brown in skillet and steamed.

I. These may be served in gravy made by removing balls from skillet, add to fat in skillet: 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper

Stir in 2 cups boiling water and 3/4 cup commercial sour cream. Put in casserole and bake 20 minutes.

II. Sweet and sour sauce. Heat 1 cup tomato sauce until bubbly, add 1/2 cup grape jelly, stir until dissolved. Put in casserole over meatballs and bake 20 minutes. Good made in crock pot.
