SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
Mix:

2 1/2 lbs. beef, ground
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. water
Pepper
1/4 c. chopped onions

Place in large baking pan.

SAUCE:

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
White wine to taste
1 can Golden mushroom soup

Pour over meatballs. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Yields approximately 100 to 105 meatballs.
