SWEDISH MEATBALLS | |
1 1/2 lb. ground meat 2 eggs & 1/2 c. milk (whipped) 2 shakes salt & pepper 1/4 c. onion 1/2 tsp. allspice 2 shakes paprika 1 c. flour 1/4 c. oil 2 jars brown gravy (premade) Mix meat mixture, eggs and milk (previously whipped earlier) and spices together. Roll into balls and roll in flour. Brown meatballs in frying pan using part of the oil. (Use more oil as needed.) Place in crock pot along with the gravy. Simmer on low for 2 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes and corn. Enjoy! |
