SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1/2 c. stuffing (Pepperidge Farm)
1/2 c. milk
1 jar brown gravy (Heinz)
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Soak stuffing in milk until soft. Combine all ingredients (except gravy). Mix well. Shape meat mixture into small meatballs. Put in roasting pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes or until done. Pour gravy over meatballs and return to oven for 5 or 10 minutes until gravy is warm. Serve over egg noodles if desired.
