MOCK MEATBALLS 
4 eggs
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing, crushed
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water

Beat eggs, cheeses, onion, and salt. Stir in stuffing and nuts. Shape into balls; put in large pan. Combine sauce and water; pour half over meatballs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
