1 lb. ground beef
1 (48 count) jar green, stuffed olives
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix

Drain olives. Mix taco seasoning with ground beef. Use 1 tablespoon meat to surround each olive. Freeze. Place frozen meatballs in circular fashion on paper plate. Cook 5 minutes in microwave. Serve hot. Yield: 48 meatballs.
