VANILLA CARAMELS 
2 c. sugar
1 c. light syrup
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. cream
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients except vanilla. Cook to 240 degrees, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Remove from fire, add vanilla and turn into a pan. When cool, turn out, cut into squares and wrap.
