COD AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. cod fillets Seasoned bread crumbs 2 tbsp. white wine Cream of shrimp soup 2 tbsp. butter, melted Combine the soup, wine and butter. Dip the fish in the soup mixture so as to coat. Coat fish with the bread crumbs. Place fish in baking dish. Pour remaining soup over the fish. Sprinkle more bread crumbs on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
