COD CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen cod fillets, thawed
1 c. onion, minced
1 c. fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/2 c. half and half
2 c. grated cheese
Salt & pepper

Cut fish into serving size pieces. Arrange in 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix together onion, parsley, half and half and Miracle Whip. Spread over fish fillets. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 45 minutes. Overbaking causes sauce to break down and become watery.
