COCONUT ALMOND PIE 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded coconut
1 stick butter
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Beat eggs. Beat in sugar, water, flour, almond extract and salt until blended. Stir in coconut and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool to warm.
