MARINATED VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
2 green peppers, diced
1 lg. onion, cut in rings
1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
6 to 8 lg. carrots, slice in thick slices
3 solid tomatoes, diced
1 stalk celery, cut in small pieces

Clean all vegetables, cut into desired pieces and cover with 1 lg. bottle of "Zesty Italian Dressing". Let set overnight. Keeps for several days in the refrigerator.

NOTE: You can add any fresh vegetable to salad that you like This is a good salad to prepare when the garden is on.
