BETSY'S GLAZED HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 1/2 tsp. onion, diced
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. parsley

GLAZE:

1/4 lb. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Mix all loaf ingredients. Shape and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Boil glaze ingredients for 1 minute. Baste loaf with glaze and bake 30 minutes longer.
