CRANBERRY - APPLE PIE 
1 9" pie shell
1 9" lattice pie crust
1 1/2 c. cranberries
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nut meats
2 lg. apples, sliced
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. orange extract
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Wash and drain cranberries. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Arrange lattice crust on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
