LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
1/2 stick butter, melted
Lemon juice, equaling the amount of melted butter
Lemon pepper

Preheat grill. Put chicken on grill on low heat. Baste on top with butter and lemon juice mixture. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Cook through until white. Turn and repeat process. Turn and repeat process. Turn once more and baste with butter and lemon juice (being careful not to baste off the lemon pepper).
