LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN 
2 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts (these can be whole, halved or cut into strips)
1/2 c. lemon juice, at room temperature
1/2 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. lemon pepper, divided
2 tbsp. seasoned salt, divided
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 to 1/3 c. butter for frying

In a bowl, combine lemon juice, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 teaspoon lemon pepper and 1 tablespoon seasoned salt. Then add chicken breasts, coating well with the marinade and let set for 10 minutes at room temperature.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine flour, 2 tablespoons lemon pepper and 1 tablespoon seasoned salt. To this add 1 piece of chicken at a time and coat evenly (or you can put the mixture in a plastic bag and shake the chicken breast in the mixture).

Heat 1/2 cup butter in skillet to medium-high heat. Then brown chicken and transfer to cookie sheet as they are finished. Bake chicken in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until done. 4 servings.

This was so delicious!!! Even my kids loved it and they are pretty picky eaters. I think I might not put as much lemon in it next time as it was a bit sour but I liked it very much!!!! Thanks for posting this recipe!!!

The chicken turned out very moist, tender, and juicy. However it was almost too sour to eat. Next time I will cut the lemon in half. Other than tht it was great!!
