PARTY SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 can (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. whipped cream or prepared Dream Whip whipped topping
1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries (green color)
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup syrup. Add syrup to gelatin. Chill until very thick. Fold in pineapple, cottage cheese, whipped cream, cherries and pecans. Pour into individual molds or 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Chill until firm. Unmold. Makes 4 1/2 cups or 8 servings.
