8 oz. macaroni, cooked
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 green onions, chopped
1 can diced Spam
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
1/2 c. diced Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, salt and pepper together and pour over the rest of the ingredients. Chill. Serves 10-12.
