PINK PARTY SALAD 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can evaporated milk, chilled
1/2 c. nuts

Cook pineapple and sugar 5 minutes. Dissolve Jello in hot mixture, cool. Stir in cream cheese. Beat evaporated milk until stiff peaks form. Add Jello mixture, beating in well. Fold in nuts. Serves 8.
