LEMON PIES (Made with Sour
Cream)
 
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1/4 c. lemon juice (or Real Lemon)

Combine these and cook until stiff. Cool 15 minutes. Stir in one cup sour cream. Pour in two baked shells. Cover with cream or meringue.
