PUMPKIN CRUNCH 
9 x 13 inch pan
1 lb. 14 oz. can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. cloves
3/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all together. Put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle yellow cake mix over plus 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 cube melted butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
