PUMPKIN PIE CRUNCH | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 tsp. pumpkin pie seasoning 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. butter Combine all ingredients except cake mix, nuts and butter. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan and sprinkle cake mix and nuts over the top. Melt the butter and drizzle over. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Let cool and then refrigerate until cold. Serve with Cool Whip. |
