2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 egg

Mix baking mix and milk and egg; blend well. Heat oil in large pan or griddle. Drop batter by spoonfuls onto hot griddle or pan. Turn when bubbles appear. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
