POTATO PUFF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c chopped onion
1/3 c chopped green pepper
1 tbsp chilli sauce or catsup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c water
1 10 oz pkg frozen potato puffs

In skillet, combine ground beef, onion and green pepper. Cook over medium heat, until meat is browned and onion and pepper are tender. Add chili sauce, undiluted soup and water. Turn into 1 1/2 qt casserole. Cover top with frozen potato puffs.

Bake, uncovered, at 375°F for 35 min or until potato puffs are golden brown.
