LASAGNA 
1 lb. lasagna noodles
3/4 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. pork sausage
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. parsley
2 c. water
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles according to directions. Meanwhile, cook beef and pork in large pan until color changes. Add onion, garlic, parsley, water, tomato paste, pepper and salt. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 30 minutes.

In a greased baking pan, arrange first 1 layer of drained noodles and then alternating layers of the other ingredients. End with a layer of mozzarella cheese. Over this, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melting.
