STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS 
12 lg. cabbage leaves
1 1/2 lbs. ground hamburger
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. rice (not cooked but soaked)
1 can tomato soup
2 c. sauerkraut

Boil whole cabbage leaves 5 minutes. Combine all other ingredients except the tomato soup.

Form 12 oblong patties and place on cabbage leaves, wrap the leaf around patty mixture and fasten with toothpick. Place in greased pan and pour diluted tomato soup over, cover pan with aluminum foil and bake 300 degrees for 1 hour.
