CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
2 1/2 c. shredded zucchini

Beat the eggs; add sugar and oil; mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in greased and floured 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool; frost with Frosting.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
