EASY PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. light Karo corn syrup
1/3 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 unbaked pie shell

Combine eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, vanilla and pecans; mix well. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell. Arrange pecan halves on top in an attractive pattern. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until the center of the pie is used. (Test by shaking gently.) Cool and serve with whipped cream.
