1 can LeSueur peas, drained
Grated Cheddar cheese
Green onion, sliced fine
Celery, sliced fine
Hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 tbsp. India relish
Mayonnaise or salad dressing

Mix ingredients as given, chill. Serve on lettuce.

This recipe can be made in any quantity. If made for a crowd, use a large can of peas, for 2 people use the small size can. Sliced olives, crisp crumbled bacon is also very good in it. This can also be made ahead.
