ENGLISH PEA SALAD 
4 lg. cans LeSueur English peas
1 lg. jar diced pimentos
1 pt. jar diced sweet pickles
1 stalk celery, diced
6 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 lg. bell pepper, diced
1/2 pt. mayonnaise

Drain peas, pimentos and pickles. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Cover and let chill for 24 hours. Serves 12-14.
