ENGLISH PEA SALAD 
1 to 2 lg. cans green peas
1 to 2 fresh chopped tomatoes
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 to 1 c. chopped red pepper
1/2 to 1 c. green pepper
1 to 2 boiled egg, chopped
1 to 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt as desired
Pepper
Dash of garlic powder

Drain peas. Mix ingredients.

NOTE: If not serving right away, don't add mayonnaise. Refrigerate salad until ready to serve, then add the mayonnaise.
