LAYERED CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1/4 c. butter
1 pkg. graham crackers or 24 vanilla wafers
1/4 c. sugar

Melt butter and sugar. Add crushed cookies/crackers and blend well. Transfer to pie pan or spring pan and mold crust. Set aside.

FILLING:

12 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together until smooth and full bodied. Transfer filling to crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until edges are golden. Remove from oven and cool briefly.

TOP LAYER:

1 lg. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Stir with spoon and spread over baked cheese cake. Transfer to oven and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
