LAYERED STRAWBERRY CHEESE CAKE
PIE
 
1 graham cracker crust in 9 inch springform pan
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1 lg. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. instant nonfat milk powder
1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
Salt
4 c. strawberries
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. orange juice

Combine 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and 3 tablespoons butter, melted, and press into bottom of the springform pan.

Combine the next 9 things in a blender. Process 1 minute. Pour into crust. Bake 300 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off the heat and leave in the oven 1 hour. Cool. Arrange strawberries on top of pie.

Combine cornstarch and orange juice in a saucepan. Stir well. Cook over low heat 1 minute until thickened. Stir often. Cool. Pour glaze over berries. Chill. Serves 12.
