COMFORTS (Dutch Drop Doughnuts) 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter, soft at room temperature
1 c. milk
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix dry ingredients well. Add butter, eggs and milk. Drop by very small spoonfuls in hot deep fat. They will roll over as they plump and lightly brown on both sides. Remove from fat. Roll in cinnamon sugar.
