NOODLE KUGEL 
10 oz. med. noodles
3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
4 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 c. half & half
1 c. apricot nectar
1 c. apricot preserves

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cook noodles al dente in salted water. Toss noodles in butter until well coated. Cream the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time to the cheese mixture. Mix well after each addition. Alternately add half and half and apricot nectar. Pour over buttered noodles and coat completely. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Spread apricot preserves over noodles. Combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle over preserves. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
